Your calendar changes
You or your clients book time in the Google Calendar that holds the office schedule
Takt Kabinet is a scheduling tool for landlords who rent offices to psychologists. It connects to the landlord’s Google Calendar to notify the landlord in Telegram about new, moved or deleted bookings and conflicts, and to let tenants book free slots through an online form that creates booking events in that calendar.
How it works
You or your clients book time in the Google Calendar that holds the office schedule
With read access to your calendar, the bot checks it every few minutes for changes.
If there are changes, the bot tells you in Telegram what happened: a booking or a series was added, moved or deleted. It also alerts you if a conflict arises.
We create a personal booking page for your office that can be configured to match your booking rules.
Your clients can use both the calendar and the booking form linked to it. Bookings made via the form appear in your calendar. The form always mirrors the calendar's state — intervals already taken in the calendar disappear from availability and cannot be booked via the form.
If all your clients use the booking form, conflicts are ruled out. If some clients book directly in the calendar, conflicts are still possible — but the watcher bot will warn you about them.
Google Calendar
Takt Kabinet requests access to your Google Calendar so that the Telegram bot can notify you about calendar changes and booking conflicts, and the booking form can check availability against existing events, avoid overlapping appointments, and automatically create and update booking events. Write access to events is used only to manage events created by the booking form or by the Takt Kabinet app (if you enabled their connection, together or separately) in connection with clients booking your offices. We do not read your calendar to build advertising profiles, and we do not share calendar data with third parties.
